"Interesting," Gerald mused, a finger resting on the top edge of his knife in one hand, fork loaded with another precisely cut mouthful waiting in the other as he listened. "What is it that draws them there?" he added thoughtfully before placing his food in his mouth. He continued to think as he chewed. The information he'd been given at Ragnarok was intriguing on its own, enough for him to have made plans to travel to the tiny town, but the fact that Julianna had also deemed there to be something more to the town added another element to the quandary.
"I wonder what it is that draws people to such a place," he said, his mouthful having been swallowed, and another being prepared. "Or at least to this place in particular."
