Echo saw the other brunette because she wandered past her table without noticing her, and her stomach tightened for a reason that had nothing to do with the upcoming interview. It had taken an effort on her part just to leave a note for Emmeline after she'd made her that tea mixture, and she studied the contents of her coffee cup, struggling with whether or not to speak up.
