Theresa lifted her cup of Mountain Dew in an answering toast. The straw made a squeaking noise in the center of the plastic lid as she twisted it towards her mouth. The feel of bubbles on her tongue made her nose wrinkle.

"You can't have gotten those here," she said, indicating the cooler with its load of extra beers. "Domestic or imported?"
